Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped plum tomato (around 2 plum tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
- 1 fresh chile, seeds and stem removed, chopped
- Juice of one or two limes (2-3 Tbsp, to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, packed

STEP 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Serve cold or room temperature.
